Keep your HorizonVPN account secure

3 min read·Updated September 16, 2026

Use a unique password, review registered devices, and avoid fake downloads or support requests.

  • Use a unique password stored in a password manager
  • Change the password from the signed-in dashboard if another person may know it
  • Review Manage devices and revoke installations you do not recognize
  • Install apps and extensions only from HorizonVPN links or official stores
  • Check that website sign-in and checkout pages use the horizonvpn.org domain

HorizonVPN support should not need your account password, one-time code, private key, wallet seed phrase, full card number, or card security code. Treat a request for one of those secrets as suspicious.

If you suspect account access, change the password, revoke unfamiliar devices, and contact support from the account email with the approximate time and platform—without sending credentials.
