IP address not changing after connecting

Diagnose why your IP hasn't changed after connecting to HorizonVPN.
- 1Check the app status — confirm it shows "Connected" and not "Connecting"
- 2Disconnect and reconnect, then wait 10 seconds before checking
- 3Visit ipleak.net (tests IP, DNS, and WebRTC leaks together)
- 4If only WebRTC is leaking your real IP, enable WebRTC Leak Protection in Settings → Privacy
- 5If your real IP is still showing, try a different server or protocol
Some websites cache your location or use server-side geolocation. Clear your browser cache and cookies, or test in a private/incognito window.
