PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to the HorizonVPN applications, VPN network, website, account dashboard, purchases, and support services (together, the "Services"). HorizonVPN is operated by Horizon Trading Solutions Ltd. ("HorizonVPN," "we," "us," or "our").

Our central privacy commitment is simple: we do not collect or keep records of what you do while connected to the VPN. Because an account-based subscription still requires a small amount of service information, this policy separately explains that limited information and how it is handled.

HorizonVPN does not collect, log, monitor, store, or associate the following VPN activity with you or your account:

• Your browsing history, visited websites, search queries, downloads, or communications
• DNS requests or the content, destination, or payload of your internet traffic
• Your source IP address or the VPN IP address assigned to a session
• Connection timestamps, session duration, connection frequency, or disconnect time
• Bandwidth usage linked to an individual, account, device, or VPN session
• The VPN server or server location used by an identifiable account
• Device advertising identifiers, contact lists, photos, precise location, or data from other apps

Internet traffic must pass through a VPN server in real time so the service can route it. This transient transmission is automatic, is not written to activity logs, and is not retained after the traffic has passed through the server.

We limit collection to information needed to create and secure an account, provide a paid subscription, respond to a request, and maintain service reliability. Depending on how you use the Services, this may include:

• Account information: your email address, protected authentication credentials, account identifier, and subscription status
• Purchase information: product, currency, country, transaction identifier, payment status, renewal status, and dates associated with a purchase or subscription
• Support information: the email address, message, attachments, and other details you choose to send when contacting us
• Optional diagnostics: anonymized crash reports only when you choose to provide them
• Aggregate service information: overall server load or user counts that are not linked to an account, device, or VPN session

Payment-card information is entered into and processed by our payment provider. HorizonVPN does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. We do not obtain personal information from data brokers or use information to build advertising profiles.

We use the limited service information described above only to:

• Create, authenticate, secure, and administer your account
• Activate and manage your subscription, process payment status, and provide receipts
• Deliver the Services and respond to support, refund, or account requests
• Detect account abuse, protect the Services, and troubleshoot reliability issues
• Comply with valid legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not use personal information for behavioral advertising, cross-site tracking, automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, or the training of artificial-intelligence models. We do not attempt to connect aggregate server statistics to an individual user.

VPN traffic and VPN activity logs are not stored. Our VPN infrastructure is designed so traffic is handled in memory for transmission rather than recorded as a user activity history.

Limited account information is stored in protected account systems. Transaction and subscription records are stored separately from VPN traffic, and payment-card details remain with the payment provider. Support messages are stored in support systems accessible only to authorized personnel and providers.

Because VPN activity is not logged, there is no VPN activity history to retain or delete. Account information is kept while the account is active and for the limited period reasonably necessary after closure to complete deletion, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Transaction records are retained only for the period required for payment, accounting, tax, chargeback, and legal purposes. Support records are kept only as long as needed to resolve and document the request.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it non-identifiable. A limited copy may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through the normal backup cycle, unless longer retention is legally required.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no VPN browsing, traffic, or connection history to share.

We disclose only the minimum limited service information needed in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: payment, hosting, account authentication, email delivery, and customer-support providers acting on our instructions
• Legal requirements: a valid and binding legal request, or when necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the Services
• Business changes: a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality and this policy
• At your direction: when you expressly ask or consent to a specific disclosure

Providers may use the disclosed information only to perform their contracted service and must protect it. Payment providers independently process payment information under their own privacy policies.

HorizonVPN does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. The website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar local storage for account sign-in, session security, fraud prevention, checkout continuity, and language preferences. These technologies are used to provide a feature you request, not to create a browsing profile or track you across unrelated websites.

App stores, payment providers, and websites linked from the Services may process information independently under their own privacy policies. HorizonVPN does not control information that you provide directly to those third parties. We encourage you to review their policies before using their services.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the limited information we hold. These include encrypted transmission, access controls, restricted personnel access, protected authentication credentials, provider review, and separation of account records from VPN infrastructure. No system can guarantee absolute security, but collecting no VPN activity history substantially limits the sensitive data that could be exposed.

HorizonVPN and its service providers may process limited account, payment-status, or support information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable law requires it, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for these transfers. VPN activity logs are not transferred because we do not create them.

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. We do not collect VPN activity from any user, including a child. If you believe a child has provided account information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

HorizonVPN does not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise a right, email [email protected] from your account email when possible. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Because we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, changing a browser Do-Not-Track setting does not change our practices. Where a legally recognized browser privacy signal applies, we honor it as required. No opt-out is needed for the sale of personal information or targeted advertising because HorizonVPN does neither.

We review government and law-enforcement requests for validity and scope and disclose only information we are legally required to provide. We cannot provide browsing history, DNS requests, traffic content, source IP logs, connection timestamps, or session records because we do not collect or retain them. Where legally permitted, we will notify the affected user before disclosing limited account information.

Residents of the United States, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, and other regions may have additional rights under local law. The rights section above is intended to provide a practical way to exercise those rights regardless of location. If local law provides stronger protection, we will apply that law.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here, update the "Last updated" date, and provide additional notice when a material change affects your rights or how personal information is handled.
