Why a guest purchase asks for an email

Link a purchase started in Guest mode to an account so paid access can be recovered on another installation.

A native store purchase can begin while HorizonVPN is in Guest mode. After the store verifies payment, HorizonVPN may ask for an email so that access can be linked to an account you can sign in to later.

  • Use an email address you control and can access
  • If that email already has a HorizonVPN account, follow the sign-in prompt instead of creating a duplicate account
  • Keep the Apple or Google account used for payment available for Restore purchase
  • Do not send an email password, store password, receipt code, or one-time code to support

Skipping account linking can make recovery on a new device or after reinstalling more difficult. The original store account is still required to verify a store purchase.
