Create an account or sign in from Guest mode

Move from Guest mode to a registered account when you need paid access, device sync, or dashboard features.
- 1Open HorizonVPN Settings and find Account
- 2Choose Sign in if you already have an account, or Create account for a new one
- 3Use the same email associated with an existing website or store-linked purchase
- 4Complete sign-in and wait for the app to refresh your current access
- 5You can also use the official sign-in page or registration page on the website
Do not create a second account to work around a missing purchase. First sign in with the email already linked to the order or use Restore purchase on the same store platform.
Account recovery options can vary by platform. If you cannot access the account or need to change its email, contact support and follow account verification without sharing a password or one-time code.
