Is using a VPN legal in China?
Using an unauthorized VPN is technically illegal under China's 2017 cybersecurity regulations. Risk is significantly elevated in Xinjiang and Tibet, where VPN use can be treated as evidence of political intent. Can I access Google, Gmail, and Google Drive from China?

Should I install HorizonVPN before traveling to China?
