Free and Premium access explained

Understand the access labels, limits, and locked locations shown by the current app and your plan.
HorizonVPN shows which locations and connection options are available to your current access. Free access can work in Guest mode or on a signed-in account; Premium access follows the active subscription and plan shown by the app.
- Free locations are marked as available without a paid subscription
- Premium or locked locations require the access shown by the app
- A free speed or daily data limit is displayed when the current policy provides one
- Location, protocol, feature, and device availability can differ by plan
- The app's live access label is authoritative; do not rely on an old fixed quota from a help article
If paid access is missing, sign in with the account linked to the purchase or use Restore purchase on the same native store platform that processed it.
