Using the Chrome and Firefox browser extensions

Install the official extension and understand which browser traffic it covers.

Install from the official store

Chrome: open the official Chrome Web Store listing
Firefox: open the official Firefox Add-ons listing
Confirm that the listing is for HorizonVPN before adding it
Pin the extension to the browser toolbar, open it, and choose an available location

What the extension protects

It routes supported traffic from that browser through the connection selected in the extension
It can show Guest, Free, Premium, and locked access according to the current service policy
It does not protect another browser, desktop app, game, torrent client, or operating-system traffic
Use the full HorizonVPN app when you need device-wide VPN protection, Kill switch, or DNS protection controls

Do not install an unpacked build, copied zip, or similarly named extension from another publisher. Remove unofficial copies before signing in to HorizonVPN.
