Restore an App Store or Google Play purchase

Restore store-billed access from the same Apple or Google account that completed the purchase.

  1. 1Install or update the native HorizonVPN app from the same store used for the purchase
  2. 2Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account or Google account that paid
  3. 3Open HorizonVPN and go to the in-app plan or subscription screen
  4. 4Choose Restore purchase and wait for the store verification to finish
  5. 5Sign in to HorizonVPN or provide the requested email if the app needs to link the verified purchase

Restore purchase is for native store builds. For a website card or crypto purchase, sign in with the HorizonVPN email used at checkout instead.

Do not buy the plan again while a valid store purchase is still being restored. If verification succeeds but Premium remains inactive, wait briefly, retry once, then report the issue with the store platform and purchase date—never a store password.
