Why your billing provider controls subscription changes

Manage renewal, refunds, and payment changes with the provider that owns the active subscription.
- Stripe owns recurring card subscriptions purchased on the HorizonVPN website
- Apple owns subscriptions purchased in the App Store
- Google owns subscriptions purchased through Google Play
- NOWPayments processes one-time website crypto invoices, which do not auto-renew
- 1Open Subscription in the dashboard
- 2Read the Billed through or payment-provider label
- 3Use that provider's cancellation or purchase-management flow
- 4Wait for the current paid access to end before trying to move an active subscription to another provider
Do not purchase the same period from a second provider to work around a provider-lock message. That can create overlapping charges without moving the original subscription.
