防止下载过程中 VPN 断开导致真实 IP 暴露。

Without Kill Switch, a brief VPN disconnection during torrenting exposes your real IP to all connected peers. Kill Switch blocks all internet traffic instantly if the VPN drops.

  1. 1Open HorizonVPN → Settings → Security → Enable Kill Switch
  2. 2Configure App-Level Kill Switch: add your torrent client to the blocked apps list
  3. 3App Kill Switch blocks only your torrent client when VPN drops — browser and other apps work normally

Alternative: bind torrent client to VPN interface

# In qBittorrent → Options → Advanced
# Set "Network interface" to the HorizonVPN adapter:
# Windows: HorizonVPN Tunnel
# Linux: tun0 (OpenVPN) or wg0 (WireGuard)
