Once HorizonVPN is installed, connecting to a server takes just one click.
- 1Open the HorizonVPN app
- 2Click the large Connect button — Quick Connect selects the fastest server automatically
- 3Wait for the status to show "Connected" (usually 2–5 seconds)
- 4Your IP address now shows the server's location instead of your real IP
Choosing a specific server
- 1Click the Server List icon (globe icon in the top bar)
- 2Browse by country or use the search bar
- 3Click any server to connect — ping times shown next to each server
Verify your VPN is working by visiting whatismyip.com — your IP should match the server's country, not your real location.
If Quick Connect takes longer than 30 seconds, open Settings → Protocol and leave the mode on "Auto" first. Auto lets HorizonVPN choose the best option for your network.
