- 3Include your order date, payment method, and the reason you want to cancel
- 4Support will confirm eligibility and submit the refund request
- 5Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible
The 30-day guarantee applies to eligible first purchases. Renewal payments, abuse, chargebacks, or payments made outside the official checkout may not qualify.
After a refund is approved, VPN access for that order is canceled.
