3 min read·Updated June 1, 2026
HorizonVPN's strict no-logs policy — what we collect and what we never do.
HorizonVPN operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or share any data that could be used to identify your online activity.
What we do NOT log
- Your real IP address or VPN IP assigned to you
- Browsing history or DNS queries
- Traffic data, packet content, or session data
- Connection timestamps or duration
- Bandwidth usage per session
- Which VPN server you connected to
What we DO collect
- Email address (required for account management)
- Payment information (processed by payment providers — we never see card details)
- Aggregate server statistics (total active users per server — never linked to accounts)
- Crash reports (anonymized, opt-in only)
