Does HorizonVPN keep logs? Our no-logs policy explained

3 min read·Updated June 1, 2026

HorizonVPN's strict no-logs policy — what we collect and what we never do.

HorizonVPN operates a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or share any data that could be used to identify your online activity.

What we do NOT log

  • Your real IP address or VPN IP assigned to you
  • Browsing history or DNS queries
  • Traffic data, packet content, or session data
  • Connection timestamps or duration
  • Bandwidth usage per session
  • Which VPN server you connected to

What we DO collect

  • Email address (required for account management)
  • Payment information (processed by payment providers — we never see card details)
  • Aggregate server statistics (total active users per server — never linked to accounts)
  • Crash reports (anonymized, opt-in only)
